KIM Kardashian has shown of the results of her new diet and all of her hard work in the gym.

The Kardashians star shared a Sєxy snap in a barely-there ʙικιɴι from a day at the beach. Kim posted the new pic to her sister Kourtney’s Poosh Instagram.

In it, the 42-year-old relaxed on the beach in a tiny black two-piece. The reality queen tilted her head back and smiled as she bathed in the light.

She was clutching a pair of black sunglᴀsses in her hand over her head. In an accompanying Q&A, Kim credited her plant-based diet with helping her health, and her psoriasis.

She also showed off all the hard work she has been putting in at the gym to maintain her ʙικιɴι bod.

WORKING IT OUT

Last month, the Skims founder gave fans a glimpse of her personal workout routine, in a new video from her home gym at her $60million mansion.

The huge vaulted space had floor-to-ceiling mirrors on the far wall, and plenty of machines lined up for use. Hulu star Kim had her hair tied back, and went makeup-free for the session.

She wore a tiny sports bra, showing off her cleavage and toned arms. Kim paired the bra with skintight leggings that inched in at her tiny waist, emphasizing her flat stomach.

As she slowly walked in a straight line while holding weight and lifting her knees, her personal trainer, Senada Greca, gave her plenty of encouragement.

PUMP YOU UP

Earlier this year, Kim detailed her grueling, two-hour-long, weight-lifting workouts, as she claimed she wanted to build muscle and be strong.

showed off a variety of weight and resistance exercises she has been working on. In a long caption in her Instagram Story, she said: “I’m gonna show you guys a little bit of my workout today.

“It’s been three months now working out with Senada Greca.” Kim continued: “We lift weights for two hours daily and do five or six days a week.

“My goal was to gain muscle and be strong and I see such a difference already.” The Kardashian star gushed: “I’m proud of our commitment together.”

She claimed squats are her least favorite gym exercise but said she has “to push through it.” The Hulu star said she was most proud of her arm muscles as she told her fans to “check out my triceps and delts.”

The TV personality flaunted her gains by wearing revealing, skin-tight clothing while filming her workout.

WORK IN PROGRESS

Back in February, Kim’s critics slammed her over her “terrible form” at the gym. Kim had just started training with Senada Greca, and took to Instagram to show off her new moves.

However, not everyone was overly impressed with Kim’s workout content and claimed that some of her moves weren’t being done properly.

“Her form is awful. This is not something she does regularly,” one person said at the time.

Another wrote: “Her form is horrendous.” A third person claimed: “On the last exercise she seems to be lopsided, like she’s curving to one side.”

And a fourth user joked: “A** to the grᴀss Kim! Those aren’t squats!”

Someone else said: “She needs to fire her trainer. It’s terrible that they allow her and her sisters to workout with awful form… her poor back and knees…”
