But Katy Perry has admitted she used to be so embarrᴀssed by her large breasts, she taped them down during her teenage years.
The 26-year-old singer, who appears in a cheeky Hershey’s Kisses style outfit on the cover of the latest issue of Rolling Stone, tells the magazine she was once a skinny child who prayed for curves.

But when she hit puberty, she became ashamed of her figure and taped her breasts down.
‘God answered that prayer, above and beyond by, like, 100 times, until I was like, “Please, stop God. I can’t see my feet any more,” she tells the magazine.
‘I was a lot more rectangular then. I didn’t understand my body. Someone in sixth grade called me “Over-the-shoulder boulder holder.”

The singer also dismisses her critics, saying she pays no attention to bad reviews.
‘Whenever people ask me about having bad reviews, I’m like, “Have you seen the run I’ve had? Have you see the numbers?’” she says. ‘Numbers do not lie!’
However, katy accepts her pop music does have limitations.
‘I’m not a dummy,’ she says. ‘I know California Gurls isn’t going to save the world.
‘But I got a lot of heart from my upbringing and I put a lot of heart in my songs’
Meanwhile, as Katy continues on the U.S. leg of her tour, Russell Brand is filming new movie Rock of Ages in Miami alongside Alec Baldwin and Tom Cruise.
