‘REALLY, KIM?’ Kardashian critics blast Kim’s new Skims Valentine’s Day lingerie as ‘cheap looking’ and claim NSFW fit is ‘awkward’

KARDASHIAN critics have blasted Kim’s new “odd” fitting Skims Valentine’s Day lingerie as “cheap looking.”

The Hulu star showcased a steamy outfit from her holiday-themed collection with an Instagram post on Friday.

Kim, 42, captioned the post, “Shop @skims Valentines Collection,” while posing on the floor of her mᴀssive closet for a trio of mirror selfies.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum wore the Lace Trim Silk Teddy as she pursed her lips into her signature pout.

The Skims founder’s followers and potential customers seemed to be unimpressed by what they considered to be a “tacky” design and the lingerie’s “cheap” material and voiced their disappointment in the post’s comment section.

One person wrote: “Looks like something you’d buy from Shein for $9.”

Another fan quickly responded: “annnnd it somehow costs $88. You’re tripping.”

“This looks so cheap,” added a third.

A fourth commenter stated: “Ok I wasn’t the only one Thinkin’ it!!!! It’s giving Shein.”

While a fifth person mentioned: “I thought the same thing. Like who’s so stupid to think this doesn’t look cheaply/badly made.”

Others were more distracted by the clothing items fit with one person writing: “It looks like it would give you an uncomfortable front wedgie lol.”

“Looks incredibly uncomfortable, [wedgie] city,” stated another.

The sentiment continued as comments of “Doesn’t seem too fitting” and “The fit is so odd” continued throughout the post.

Referencing designs of past years, one person wrote: “Skims Valentine’s Day looks are a flop every year,” before adding, “this is embarrᴀssing.”

As previously mentioned, one pH๏τo captured the Hulu personality lying on her side, propping herself up with one hand and using the other to snap the selfie in the mirror.

Kim shared three snaps of herself in the nightwear in a carousel post; in another pic, she was on her knees, and in the last, she made a kissy face.

The 42-year-old’s bright fuchsia lingerie radiated off her tanned skin, making her look even more golden.

Since the one-piece lingerie outfit was cut out in the middle, the KKW Beauty creator’s rock-hard abs looked taut and chiseled.

The top of the TV star’s lingerie hugged her ʙosoм, cupping her breasts so тιԍнтly that the bottom of her chest spilled out.

UNIMPRESSED FANS
Recently, Kim’s younger sibling Kendall Jenner, 27, decided to show off some of the new lingerie on her Instagram Story and claimed she was “ready for vday”

In the pH๏τo, various skimpy garments can be seen including high-waist style briefs in shades of pink, red, and white with random slogans emblazoned on the front.

There was also a pale pink lacy thong with a matching bralette and a very Sєxy all-in-one body suit that featured cut-out detailing at the front.

Kim’s sister Khloé also shared a snap of the same items on her own Instagram Story and captioned it: “cutest overload,” alongside a pink heart emoji.

However, although Kim’s siblings were impressed with the Skims garments, a lot of her fans were not.

Posting a picture on Reddit, one person asked: “Will Kenny have a new boo by vday?”

Ignoring the question about Kendall’s love life, someone commented: “These look like they’re from a dollar bin of underwear at the mall.”

Another person wrote: “These look exactly like the dollar bin thongs me and my friends used to get at Rue21 in the mall in middle school.”

“This stuff is boring and looks reused,” someone else claimed, while a fourth person added: “These granny panties look like they came straight from Wal-Mart!”

A different Reddit user commented: “Late Night Snack is SUCH a trashy thing to print on panties. Those string sides would look ok, let alone flattering, on very few women. It would have been cuter to print lines from those little heart candies on them I reckon.”

Referring to one of the slogans and singer Mariah Carey, another person claimed: “Mariah will sue for sweet sweet fantasy.”

DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS
Back in December, it was reported that Skims customers were “livid” over the company’s “cheap quality” clothes and “no-refund policy.”

The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the brand, worth $3.2billion, had customers turning to the Better Business Bureau for help with various complaints.

The company has 1.24 out of five stars on Better Business Bureau with a total of 296 complaints.

Many of the poor reviews consist of customers complaining about “ripped” items.

One review read from November 2022: “Bought a bodysuit for over $60 for my daughter in April. She opened it end of July early August for her birthday. She wore it three times and never washed it and the fabric ripped heavily.

“They refuse to refund their faulty product. Should not spend 60plus for something you can only wear three times.”

The company responded to the claim: “Customer was outside of the return timeframe and the item was used. Customer was given a courtesy refund for the item. No more actions can be taken.”
