Last night, Katy Perry sat down with Jimmy Fallon in New York City for an in-depth chat and game of Taboo, and we couldn’t take our eyes off of her school girl-inspired ensemble. Complete with a white Virgin Mary blouse, a black leather miniskirt, knee-high black socks and pigtails, Katy went full-force with this look.
Ms Perry loves taking risks with her fashion and makeup *thinks back to squirty cream bras*, and we’re loving her edgy update on the classic prim and proper look.
Katy spent her time with Jimmy Fallon talking about women in the industry she looks up to;
“All of my heroes are girls that have been on SNL,” she said.
“I just love self-depricating women who can make fun of themselves. They don’t have to be chic in every sH๏τ, they can laugh at themselves.”
It’s also just been announced that Katy will perform her second single from Prism, called Unconditionally, at the MTV EMAs in Amsterdam on 10 November.
